In my case the eye irritation also came several hours of a shop session either in my garage or the community shop. I think that mine was an allergy to some kind of wood I was using. I think that I may have narrowed mine down co cocobola but I am not sure. Maybe swimmers goggles would help. Swimmers ...

I was going by the style of the casting. Looks to be similar to castings used in the early mod 10 but I am not familiar enough with 10 or 10ER

Not really familiar with the model 10 an 10ER's but it appears that it could be a riving knife.
It appears that it could have come from a 10 or 10er

Use a lot of care to not get glue inside the tubes especially if you use epoxy.
One pen kit manufacturer says to put some play dough in the ends of the tubes to prevent this

If you are talking about 75 deg to the face of the board I would suggest that you be very careful. 75 deg is very steep for any table saw. I would have to think about my geometry classes but if you cut them at a 15 deg angle to one face wouldn't that be 75 deg to the opposite face?

If I were to do this (and I am not) I would build up the high voltage component and plug the system in to a PSI Long Ranger remote and control the on/off function using the remote control to turn the high voltage function on and off. This way the operator is not in contact with any part of the syste...

quill adapter

I see that SS is now offering a SS quill to 1"- 8TPI adapter to mount standard lathe chucks and other stuff directly to the SS. Have they ever offered this adapter before?
