I've been intending to make a 520 fence facing with extended infeed and outfeed supports, much like yours. But I had planned on fastening the supports permanently to the facing. I have this and like it although I seldom use the added features. I also use it for a basic pattern for making my own out of plywood. I have a Grr-Ripper but don’t care for it. I guess I like to see the blade. I do not like the long, skinny, stick style at all.

Would air flow increase if you hard piped full sized from the vac and used your reducer right at the cyclone? I haven’t seen that model shop vac before, reminds me of a leaf vac.
