Yes, I had the same thing happen about a month ago. I called at 4:45pm and promptly at 5:00pm, I got the same message...

I called back the next morning to complete my call and got through the first time without any problems.

I got the same email from SS on the part of my order that has been back-ordered for several weeks now. It was supposed to arrive/ship this week but doesn't look like that will happen now that it is Friday evening and is still showing as being backordered at the moment.

If one doesn't have an account SSUG.ORG how do you register for an account? I can find no links that will allow me to register. The link to "contact us" brings up an essentially blank page with no means of sending a message...
