Penetrol isn't a filler but it will stop deep corrosion from getting worse. Wax will fill pits somewhat if you want a smoother surface.

Only watched the final segment with the Shopsmith so far. Nick Cupps did a decent job showing the machine. Email notifications have been slow lately. If the app knows you viewed the new posts I don't think it sends out an email. However, somewhere in the queue there's a delay before I receive email notifications so I may get an email after I've viewed a new post.
