So does it turn ok by the the sanding disk? Did you use about 5 drops of oil, did you also oil the motor shaft with the spring on it? How are the teeth on the "pork chop" and did you lube it?

Biscuit Jointer use

How would I use it to join a table leg to the top? The leg has a 60° angle cut on the ends. Would I set the miter gage to 60° and cut the slot? Then for the table top, go back to 90° and cut that slot?:confused: :confused: :confused:

IF the bit catches for some reason, guess what will turn. The drill. Those right-angle adapters are great when you need them, BUT a PAIN to use.
