system error on power pro

I brought a power pro used, so I don't have a manual

twice I got this error

SRM not rotates

It happened when I move the SS while running. is this what it means, you can't move it while running.

just so I don't get a bunch of feedback about safety. I was just sliding it over closer to the light.

I tried wiggling the power cord, but didn't repeat, so I guess it might be the Wire connection between the control board and motor is loose. moving it might have wiggled that cord.
