Since the CAUTION label located directly to the left of the power switch on the older Greenie and Goldie headstocks is no longer available from ShopSmith, it was re-created thanks to the efforts of judaspre1982 for providing a high quality legible photograph and tom_k/mo for providing the the actual artwork. The discussion on the label started on my restoration threadpost #87.. You'll find the final artwork in post 128 and an entire sheet below. On the sheet, the underlined version is for Goldie's. It's formatted to print out on avery 5663 2" x 4-1/4" clear laser label stock.
