This was shown in earlier stages on another thread where I was showing off a lot of resawn lumber, courtesy the SS Bandsaw. The project is still a long ways from done, but it's fun to go down and mess with it every so often.

Here was a Base for a cabinet, sized mainly to use up pieces of poplar and oak I had. Also some nice resawn walnut will be a cabinet floor soon:

The SS Table Saw was plied into rabbeting chores, quite a few times, for lapped pieces:

Here, a "Topper is being pieced together, upside down, a bit at a time:

Here is when a Topper gets test-fit on a Base:

As time goes on I will be completing and refining some more! It may be a wine cabinet, it may be something else.

Very nice Chris! Anyone that says a SS can't do accurate work never used one.

Actually the legs had been a work in progress -- long bandsaw cuts followed by hand planing. I actually have a significant taper on the inner leg faces, and a minor taper (from vertical) on the outer leg faces as well. I haven't measured the angles as such.

To say nothing about the miter saw(sitting on the floor).

The gentle taper really adds elegance !

I have been able to 90% lay-in the lapped cabinet sideboards... this may or may not have been my best idea, but it has certainly allowed me to use up a lot of tight-grained resawn wood. The overall carcass has needed a number of small trims and adjustments, but generally is going to (mental) plan.

I am now mocking-up the front-door sizes in cardboard; the nice resawn Ash planks on the floor will be applied as those doors.

Again the photo shows the 4 legs to be mainly paint-grade poplar, which is what I'll do some time (brown or black range of color).

I have done some preliminaries on matching up the ash door-stock and fitting it to some walnut "breadboard end" stock. The "ash cutoffs" sitting atop the cabinet were my reminder to where each board ultimately goes:

I had a couple of hours on July 4 before the rest of the events pulled me away. These doors are now hinged and working, with a slight lap-joint intersection on the center-line:
