Purchaced a couple of tool sets from locate FB buy and sell... set 1 was a new no name set which will work for a starter set.... set 2 looks like have some history... They are JAS Swan Co...
Is there anyone with some info... ie use them they are good tools... don't use they are collectable.... Thanks in advance

It appears that they are "collectibles" but that doesn't mean they can't be used, does it. Just take good care of them.

Tools are meant to be used, not collected! JMHO
OK to collect if intention is future use, not 'display'/'investment'.
