Stair Baluster cane.

Post by stickmaker »

Wow forum has change from the lastime I was here. Glad to be back up and runningagain.

I found a couple of stair balusters in the trash from a old home being remodled. I thought they would make an interesting cane. One is oak I am not sure what the wood is on this one. I have some clean up to do on the carving and make it a walnut handle. Then I will sand the old finish and use a spar urethane to refinish it.
