I just picked up some 1/8" and 1/16" neoprene sheets at Lowes. 6"x6" pieces were just $2.08 apiece. Who knows if they'll still have them a year from now but it's convenient to have that available locally at a reasonable price.

So far the belt leather seems to be working. I've finished the project I needed this for so now I have to figure out where I will store this until next time.... Will have to see if the double sided tape holds up as well. Don't think I will be doing any projects needing this until fall, into summer stuff now.

Where did you find the neoprene sheets in the store? For future reference and maybe I get a few just to have on hand.

Neoprene sheets from Lowes: https://www.lowes.com/pd/Keeney-6-in-Ru ... er/1082957

They were in the plumbing aisle, at my store bunched up with some other random plumbing supplies.
