That is a good looking stand...and looks plenty stout to hold a barrel full of water. Thanks for the very descriptive photos.

I think I recall the nearest fault line is about 300 miles away and last active back 2008. So I think we are safe here where I live. It might take it anyway so long as I get it level and set of blocks, if not it is only spilled water. Anyway I hope we never have to find out.
Rain on Thursday so I will try and get the barrel setup by then.

Just getting back to this subject. It has been up and working for a while now. It has been a dry year here so having another rain barrel has been a good thing. Just wish I would have got to it early in the year but that was not how it went. Anyway here a couple of pictures from a while back showing how it looks now that it is set up.
