I live in Lemoore Ca. about 30 miles south west of Fresno Ca.
I looks for a wood working club a few years ago but found nothing in my area.
I have even thought about starting one but I do not have the room or place to host a club meeting

Welcome Chris. There are a lot of good woodworkers here that are ready to help if needed. I am not an experienced turner either, but hope to get into it in the near future after I get some other projects out of the way. I have a small shop like many of us. I am fortunate that I am not relegated to the garage at least. I have enjoyed some wood turning videos by Mike Waldt on Youtube. You might look them up. Of course, there are many other good turners that have posted videos.
