Wish they would have come out with this a couple of years ago.
My neice's kids are a little too old for it.

It would be nice if they had just a frame kit to make your own body.

I saw this today in the Shopsmith weekly e-mail adds. I think it is pretty kool looking. Not sure how well it is constructed though. But seeing as how this is Shopsmith, I would expect a well built item.

I didn't really see if this was a special promotions or a limited edition type thing. If it is, I can see something like this becoming a collectors item in the future.

Shame it's not big enough for us!!
Shopsmith would sell more!!
Think of the mods...
Motors batteries rod holders Golf for some of you.
The forum would be flooded with pictures of customizations.

I didn't know what a Shopsmith was...
Three days later I owned one...
One week later I was rebuilding one...
Four months later I owned two....
Ok Ok, I'm up to four now...

Just a caution- the ad says:

"...These trucks are made-to-order for customers such as Shopsmith "

Note the "such as", which indicates to me that Shopsmith buys the trucks from a 3rd party, and just adds the Shopsmith decals.

Still a cool truck, even if not Shopsmith-manufactured.

But that's to be expected, isn't it? I don't really see Shopsmith getting into the pedal car industry! This is more of a promotional/advertising item.

Well I showed the wife and we ordered one for the great nephew.
I'm gonna be so jealous when he's toolin' around the driveway in that thing.

Hey Bruce, when you assemble the truck make sure you don't 'misplace' any of those decals.;) BTW, you will probably get the Shopsmith part numbers for the decals in the assembly instructions (in case you do have to replace some).
