Hmmm, I'm glad I missed out on that. I put the casters on my old Mark 5 510 a couple of years ago with the paper templates and everything worked great.
This one I used the bar that was sent and it was quick.
I kept waiting for a sale or deal of some sort for my "new" 510 but lost patience and bought my upgrade last week. They gave me 10% off, but this week they went on sale for 15% off.
Oh well...

Someone in the Cleveland area might be interested in this 10ER. It looks pretty clean, has some extras like the jigsaw and some other small stuff, and has the always popular speed adjuster. I don't know whether this is a bargain, or not.

I have little faith with either the paper template or the bar since SS includes tweaking washers.

I have not done this with SS stuff, but have with third party casters. I determined the new hole locations by installing the casters and then positioning the caster assembly so as to provide the correct lift(ss leg resting on floor[casters may loosly contact the floor], 1/4 1nch 1/2 inch rise).

Here's a couple of ER's in need of repair. One has the speed changer on it. Buy it Now for $120, if you live in the Sacramento area.

But it looks like the speed changer is missing the adjustable pulley.

I don't know much (or anything really) about ER's, so I'll take your word for it. Might be in that box of parts off to the side. Someone interested should probably ask the seller. Still, $120 didn't seem like much (to me) for all that is being offered. Someone placed a bid so the $120 offer has gone away and now the sky's the limit. I guess we'll soon see if $120 was a bargain, or not. Have a good one! :)

UPDATE: Well, I was wrong, $120 was not even close to being a bargain. These went for the minimum bid of $80!

And, if you're in or near Ventura, CA to get the speed increaser, maybe you could also get a Pro Planer that has been listed for a couple of weeks now for $450. Possibly the same seller??
