The Continuing Adventures of A Slow Boat to Nowhere
Went back out last weekend to Triadelphia Reservoir. The water was like glass and huuuge fish were jumping. We didn't hook one of the big ones but my son did catch this tiny white perch, so it was not a total loss in his view. We also saw a bald eagle, which was very cool! Tried out a canoe caddie (Ed-in-Tampa mentioned these in a comment when I was building the Slow Boat) and it worked well. You can see a tire in one of the photos.

The Greatness officially starts
Greenie, Grayling, SS stand alone BS and BS SPT, jointer and belt sander, 3 Ers with Speed Changers. I think those 3 cover my ER needs, and space for them.

Just beautiful clip and pictures.
Re: The Continuing Adventures of A Slow Boat to Nowhere
A week ago Friday, November 18, we had some unusually warm weather and I was able to take the Slow Boat to Nowhere out for what looks like the final time this season.
Since my son was in school, this was a solo outing, which was a first. Split my time between sitting and kneeling. I think kneeling works a little better when soloing. Also, a surprisingly comfortable position. Definitely can't go as fast, but the canoe sure will turn on a dime when you are paddling more from the middle.

Awesome pic! How much did it cost to hire that handsome model?

LoL. I had the GoPro clamped to the seat rail and set to take a shot every few seconds. After browsing a couple thousand frames, I found a decent one!
