Laser sighting or just a regular bulb?

They are trying to get you to pay more and get less.

I've tried a lot of the commercial penetrating oils, and none of them match up to the homemade mix of 50% ATF and 50% acetone. And, if you use synthetic ATF, it works even better.
Put in a spray can you can buy at Menards and add pressure with your air compressor. No LEDs or batteries needed.

Want to know check this guy out
https://youtu.be/st8dkGzJWtg
https://youtu.be/xUEob2oAKVs

He also tries running an engine on various things like diesel
https://youtu.be/PXLWLXz0iY4
Or
Octane booster https://youtu.be/E7Qn3moK-64

He is a riot and does fairly conclusive tests that seem to resolve many questions.
His engine cleaner series is really interesting as is the engine with a wood head.
