Best place to buy Scroll Saw?

Heya,
Just arrived here,
I wanna ask is there any best place to buy Scroll Saw?
actually, my father birthday is coming next week, and I wanna give him git,
well, I saw it o discount at Birthday freebies gift and discount, but the issue is I don't have any experience to buy from there,
can you guys help me to find a perfect place for buying it?

Ebay has a handful of them listed right now. Facebook marketplace is another good place to look. Craigslist is hit or miss depending on the the area you're in.

I would go to your local Menards, Lowes, Home Depot, or hardware stores and get a look at the ones on the shelf. That way you get to see what you are actually buying before you own it.

If you are looking for Shopsmith brand, the only place I think it is offered new is direct from Shopsmith: https://www.shopsmith.com/ownersite/cat ... ollsaw.htm Lowe's and Amazon have a few SS items, I don't think this is among them. For other brands I would also consider Woodcraft and/or Rockler stores if you have them in your area. They may carry more models to compare and you can probably talk to a salesman that has used one before. But even then I'd call first. In my area (no Menards), the big box stores do not typically have scroll saws on display or in stock, they are special order items. Woodcraft and Rockler typically have one or more on display.
