My check came today! I can kick that out of my worry bucket.

Cool! :D Was it a paper check as you thought? Kind of weird since your first one was direct deposit.

Both of mine were direct deposit even though I had to supply my deposit info on the web site last year since I had no tax refund last year.

Yes a paper check, in both are names, and for the correct amount.

Direct deposit would have been the way I would have liked it but anyway it's here now.

I did file taxes last year and they did do direct deposit last time so I have no idea why the check.

Yes, kind of weird. I had to pay in 2019 so there was no direct deposit info with the IRS. I had to go to the website and enter my direct deposit info and it came that way. The last one came that way also.

I got mine in the form of a credit against my 2020 taxes. It came as a reduction in the amount of taxes I owe, aka Stimulus Rebate Credit.

We got checks in 2019 even though our Direct Deposit Info was on file.

If you are talking about me, yes I an too stimulated. I don't need the money. You can't refuse it and even if you could who knows where it would go.

That is why I donate it to local charity's. It helps those that need it.
