What is the secret to getting a response from the factory as I'm trying to make an order?
New SS owner and I need a few items and I can't order online because their website won't accept my address (new neighborhood)
I've tried calling several times now with included hold times of 15 mins with no one coming to the phone.
Why does it seem there is poor factory service from them?
What don't I know or what am I missing here?

Since 22/24 I have called 6 times, left messages and emails with no response. Are they out of business?

Hopefully ADMIN is still listening. On a recent thread (viewtopic.php?p=278828#p278828) some similar customer service issues came up and ADMIN raised the concerns to the owners of Shopsmith.
