The WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. I order items. Tool rest arm and a part is missing. Another item ordered was the lathe steady rest which came in two plastic bags of parts (one with 13 pieces, another with 21 pieces) and no instructions. Can not reach support by phone. I called and left three messages without a return call.

Update - Of the three line items I mentioned in an earlier post from a 11/9/2020 order of ten, Order Status of two has changed to Shipped as of 1/22. At present there is no tracking number for the shipment. And I've had no response to two email queries on this order. The items shipped were consumables, 1 X 42 and 6 X 48 abrasives. The open item is a replacement cover for a strip sander that was not shown out of stock on my original order. I hope I'm not paying still more additional costs for a second split.
