Just use your board stretcher to take care of that problem. It is April 1 after all.

Also, you can use the pasta press concept. You roll your dough through rollers that make it thinner, wider, and longer. You can do the same thing using your 12" planer on wood. Just remove the blades and run the board though a few times until the pressure of the rollers makes it longer. It will be a bit thinner, but that's OK. :mad:
