Is anyone having difficulty making posts to the forum. It seems to be coincident with the changing of a banner (top right) on the data entry page.
If I am typing a post when the banner changes the data that I am entering seems to get interrupted or altered.
Has this banner always changed like it is now? About every five seconds.

I just tested for the problem you experienced and didn't have any trouble. The banner is changing as I type this and it doesn't interfere with my typing. However, unfortunately I don't have any suggestions about how to fix your situation.
