Rockler Quick-Lever Aluminum Clamp

Post by RFGuy »

Anyone seen this or tried these new clamps from Rockler yet? Looks interesting and a bit different from the traditional squeeze grip quick clamp.

I have not yet ordered a pair. Waiting for a sale or coupon.

I also have my sights set on a pair of these:

But have not decided on what length I want, or either of them.

If you get some let us know how you like them, I'll do the same.

I was at woodcraft the other day and their stock on tools was not that impressive, the sales guy said covid has really hurt the industry , didnt see any clamps like that while there . I did see reversing squeeze clamps at the big box store last week that caught my eye, but all you had to do was take the squeeze handle off and turn it around . off topic I went there looking for a double beam marking gage { they were out at the time } .

I have a pair of 24" clamps that look the same other than the stickers.
I got them years ago from Lee Valley, but checking on their web page I don't see them listed anymore.

They have worked well for me.
