Dust Collector "Dust Collection Bag"

Post by dusty »

I have for years been displeased with the dust collection bags for the DC-3300. The bags are simply too big.

This is what I believe the dust collection bag should look like when the dust collector is being used:

This is not what I think it should look like. It bulges this way because it is much larger than it needs to be and this is the result.

Does anyone have a suggestion on where to find an appropriately sized bag. Does Shopsmith have one that I am not ordering but should be.

This is what mine looks like with a DC330L bag, which I ordered by mistake. I had to stretch the top of the bag a little, all around the top edge, so it would fit, but it does seem to work pretty well for me.

Dusty, when you find your new, smaller bags, I'll pay postage for your old DC-3300 bags. I like the size!
