New guy on the block signed up as well.:)
This is a great idea to inform people like me who had heard about SS but hadn't had any real exposure.
I'm getting alot of ideas for when the weather breaks.

Nick wrote:Folks, I invite you to take a look at the Shopsmith Channel that Drew and I just finished building on YouTube.com. Link: http://www.youtube.com/ShopsmithHandsOnline . There nothing there that you can't see here on our Video Tips page, but it's another place where we're trying to be seen.

If you wander over, I wonder if you'd do Drew and I a favor? Subscribe. You'll get e-mails when we post new vids.. What it will do for us is we'll get more visibility. If we get over 200 subscribers in a week we can get on the "big board" with the other high-profile channels, at least for a short time.

With all good wishes,
I try to subscribe but get a message about "You must confirm your email address to create a subscription.", but no instructions on how to do this. I have had a youtube account to 2 years without this issue.

For Me, this is wonderful news! Having a dial up system, the videos are always choppy, start and go. With Youtube, It is smooth as silk! Great idea on all fronts!

I think what happened was I got an email and it had a link I had to click on then when the link came up I had to push a confirm button. Check you email and see if you got it. Hope that was correct others might chime in and correct me if I am wrong.

Also I want to add I have dial up and can use you tube. Wonderful!!
