Pirana Saw Blades!!

For years, many years ago, I used nothing but Pirana saw blades. They were the best cutting ever!! then things changed............they quit making them.
Now i hit the garage sales and last year found a new in the pack 7 1/4 inch circular saw blade.......back t sweet cuttin!!! then a couple of weeks back i found a new in the pack set....one each ten inch 60 tooth blade and one 7 1/4 blade.....Now to get the right size hole in the ten inch blade......

I have a piranha blade I have had for a long time. I really liked it. The one I have says it was designed for cutting pressure treated wood what ever that means. I was disappointed when I discovered that I could not buy them anymore. Mine has odd hooked shaped carbide teeth.

Yep. And I spent untold hours down in the B&D test lab doing cuts with them. It wasn't my project, it was Dave's. But all of us spent hours with them.

Almost all tests were done on 3/4" particle board 4x8 sheets.

Well with all that testing how would you rate these blades?

I would really like to know how ya'll rated them?? I rate them "Best Blade Ever".......IMHO!!!!

Bill, it’s a good feeling when you get hold of things familiar to you. I can only imagine your sigh of relief and sense of satisfaction upon finding them. I had the same feeling when I found the blades which worked great for me.
