They are German made and a set of 6 cost me a bundle (about $80) when I bought the ones I had. Lost them to a midnight shopping crew who raided my garage on a military installation.
It is my opinion that you made a real good deal with this purchase.
BTW: I believe they are Mifer.

OH NO!!! No body said we would critiqued for spelling here...judaspre1982 wrote:Hi Dusty
Thanks for pointing out my spelling error.
My spell checker usually asks to buy a vowel.
Often it lists the words it thinks I may be fumbling to spell and the one I want ain't there at all.

I didn't know what a Shopsmith was...
Three days later I owned one...
One week later I was rebuilding one...
Four months later I owned two....
Ok Ok, I'm up to four now...

The statement was made "There's not much info on line". If the search was made for "miffer" there might have been less related info than if the search was made for "mifer". That is the reason I mentioned it.lightnin wrote:OH NO!!! No body said we would critiqued for spelling here...

It might be hard to understand but I was trying to be helpful not critical.
