Christmas decorating

Post by robinson46176 »

A number of years ago my wife and I got to decorating for Christmas a little more than "normal" people usually do... :)
We have bought a lot of decorations mostly at yard/garage sales over the years. We still buy some but mostly just ones we see that really talk to us. :)
She got to wondering today so this evening she wandered around the house with a pen and pad doing a Santa count. When she finished she sat down and ran a total on her counts. She counted (drum roll) 860 Santas... :)
She has not counted snowmen yet which is the second highest number. Then come the sleighs, nut-cracker figures and those little lighted houses and misc. Garlands, bows etc'
I'll be taking a new set of pictures soon. Surprisingly to many people we decorate very little outside except what is visible at the windows...

You are allowed by marital law to own one SS per 10 santas.
