Hi, bought an old, badly maintained 10ER today. LOTS of rebuild, refurbish and TLC required. Motor runs, but rails badly rusted and only head stock moves.
I've ordered the 10ER info manual and now looking for suggestions, ideas, instructions on what I need to do to make this sing & dance like the one my Dad had.
Thanks in advance for your comments.

Mark,
Fred has pointed you to the right place - I used MickD's thread extensively on my second ER restore.
You also definitely want to joint the 10E/ER users group on Yahoo. Between the forums here and the people over there you can find out everything you need to know and get all types of tips and support. They have copies of almost all the documentation related to these machines over there too. You also can get any parts you may need. You can find that group at: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Shopsmith10ERusers/
I've restored a couple of 10ER's and have one more to work on.You can see pics of my restores here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/kschwarz20/collections/72157625296666408/
Good luck with the restore!
