Woodcraft Magazine

I have a friend that is the king of cheap. One time he paid for my lunch and I swear a spider came out of his wallet. He will call customer service and ask for things for as close to free as possible. If its free advertising for them, its worth a shot. The worst thing they can do is say no.letterk wrote:Setup an alert at Slickdeals.com and it will come around for less. Earlier this month it was $6.99 a year and earlier this year $6.39 for a year subscription. It's Woodcraft's own magazine so it is free advertising for them.
Okay the truth comes out. I am bugged by spending the substantial dollars I spend at Woodcraft and then being told I have to pay for a subscription which in my mind does a great job of advertising their goods. Thus I cancelled my subscription. Yes I am cheap. Jim

I needed a new email address/handle, so I tried Backhurts- it was already used… But being a student of electronics, Heinrich Hertz was one of my heroes and a natural thought.
Some people though believe it has something to do with rental cars…
