Can you use a 510 table front tube with problems?

I have just replaced the front tube on my 510 table with a new one. The old one got distorted on one end - hate to recycle it as scrap if anyone could make use of it. Here is a picture of it (assuming I did this right):

You can see the damage in the last inch or so on the right end of the tube - if being used as a front tube, the fence just won't work when on that area. Anyhow if you want it, you can have for postage cost plus $0.50 for stuff. Otherwise I leave it off at the metal recycle place.
