IPM-1 Jointech

Post by dgreen810 »

Does anyone on this forum use the IPM-1 by Jointech fence for your table saw fence on a MK 5. If so what is your opinion? I have been using mine as a router fence, even used it with my drill press and radial arm saw.

I have the old original Incra Jig I use as well on occasion on my free standing drill press.

Don't know if it's an I-PM. Mine's the one they built for the Shopsmith MKV.
I use it as the TS fence and router fence. It's a great piece of equipment.
Once the rails were attached, no other fence will work. And, without those rails, it can't be used any where else.

If you go to my site at http://www.picturetrail.com/smoke810 and look at the Tormek album, the picture showing all the carving knives, they are on the router table with the IPM-1 (Incremental positioning machine) on the right of the router insert.

edit: I just moved two more photos in the same album at the bottom of the list,

Don,
Here's a picture of what I have. Except mine is a 500.
Not the same as yours. Sorry.
