Thanks guys! A special thanks and education to terrydowning! Haven't yet mastered this thing, but am seeing my way to the light at the end of the tunnel.

terrydowning showed a screen shot of the window I'm dealing with. It's clearly a Chrome thing. Not necessarily Windows 8.

I will probably give "picasa" a try later on. Thanks for the tip rcplaneguy!

I had checked my forum settings and found the enhanced interface was already chosen. However, thanks rpd for the reminder of the possibilities!

If you install the google+ app on your phone it can auto sync all of your photos as you take them and save you some time and a step.

You only need to tell who to share them when you get the notification that they are ready to be shared.

Having them in google plus also makes it easy to participate in the woodworking community there... With about 5100 members as I write this. It is the thing that finally got me to use g+ regularly.
