There is so much rust and it is only 3/4 HP I wouldn't pay more that $50 for it knowing it would involve many hours to restore.
Shopsmith Mark 4, Mark 7, Mark 5 shorty, planer, bandsaw, jointer, belt sander. Grizzly central dust collection 4" PVC trunk. Shopsmith Routing System stand-alone overhead pin router.

My '55 was a lot worse when I cleaned it up.
$300 is pretty typical for a machine in that condition (even low) for these parts.
Price is so location driven. I have seen machines with less in same or worse condition listed for more here in So Cal.
