Just got a Goldie with a jointer for $150.00!!!!!!! And it is not a redo project one!!!! Maybe belts but thats just maintenance. Cant buy separate stand alones at these prices. Life is SO GOOD!!!!

Thanks Teach, yes I think so, too bad it does not look like new, no total restore here, I really can appreciate the work and love some of you do on that, and how they look afterwards, better then new!!! My greenie and the 85 V look like new except the aluminum needs some Fritz. There is an old Er10 for sale around here for $200 I think or maybe a bit less and a 80 Mark V for 75.00 in running but rough shape.
I am set now. Going to put the goldie in the basement for my winter shop main tool with the jointer attachment and band saw. Keep the other 2 in the garage, the greenie set up with the belt and disc sander, and the 85 on stand by or lathe work, (dust control) along with my stand alone pieces. Heck it was too cold here this winter to do much of anything in the garage if it took any amount of time some days, but with the goldie in the basement I be set. As I said, Life is Good!!!! Best thing that happened to my wood working was helping my nephew bring in his greenie from the garage to his shop this Jan that he bought in Sept and turn me on to SS and then finding this forum!!!!
