Eric and John,

What is it with vehicles this time of year? My wife was driving our new Odyssey (it had 3000 miles on it at the time) about three weeks ago and some fool tried to pass someone (they were going in the opposite direction) and ran her off the road. Short story - she's fine. The van sustained $8,000 worth of damage. It's back home now good as new. Guard rails and vans don't like each other much - and the van lost this time. Took longer than most to get fixed because it's modified to allow someone who is in a wheelchair to drive - - automatic ramp, hand controls, lock down for wheelchair, lowered floor and other changes.

Sorry for the off topic post. Just wanted to let you guys know you aren't alone. Thankfully we can all at least smile about it now since no one was seriously injured.
