Missing paper clip for attaching photos

Where did the paper clip go that is used to attach photos? It used to reside just above where I'm typing.:confused: I am aware of the link below... I have looked for it on Internet Explorer and Chrome. It's still there on my Iphone's Safari...:confused:

Thanks, that works! For what it's worth, I usually use Firefox, but that's not on this computer (yet). What exactly is the issue with Internet Explorer?

It is Internet Explorer.

Thanks... I also have been tricked into installing Chrome. I really really don't like that browser, even though it does a better job uploading videos.
