That's a good grill. They have made that basic model for many years. I have been out of the Grill bizz for a couple of years now so not up to speed what retailers have what models. Do you have a Target close by? Take a look at them first. They use to have very sharp pricing of Charbroil grills. 3 or 4 years ago they had that grill with out the inferred for $279-$300.
Don't let the fear of assembling a grill yourself make you pass on a good deal. They are not as hard to put together as they once were. You put the cabinet together and bolt the "Grill" on top.
