Router Table

Post by seajay62 »

Has anyone used the Pro Fence Router Table (555995)? What is your take on it? I have seen the discussions on building your own table to fit with the 520 rails, but when I check out the parts and materials, it comes up to about $235 to build it myself using the larger table and rails vs. $345 to purchase it from SS. I don't want to spend the extra money but if the SS table is good, then maybe it would be worth the extra money and using my time on something else. I have seen the table on some of the sawdust session with Nick and there is one that has crack on ebay.

Regards,
Joe

That cracked one has been on ebay for some time. Back in November, when I was still deciding on a router table, the price on that one was $235 plus shipping. I offered $150 plus shipping, but was declined. Now it is down to $140 plus shipping.
