The Way Wood Works

Post by rkh2 »

Popular Woodworking has an article on "The Way Wood Works" by Nick Engler. This is quite informative especially for a new woodworker. They are also offering downloads of their past issues at a real sweet price. The link to their web site is: http://blogs.popularwoodworking.com/edi ... mples.aspx

There used to a be a link to that article right here on this website: http://www.shopsmithacademy.com/Index_files/wood.pdf Took it down because it was pulling zero viewers.

Nick, like so many other good and valuable things I keep finding on this site -- sometimes they are hard to find. The site map, if one exists, must be very confusing.

The link was on the Academy home page -- not all that hard to find, or all that hard to ignore to be fair. As for a site map, it would not be all that confusing if we were to pull it together. What's confusing is not having a map at all. I've made a start here: http://www.shopsmithacademy.com/Site_Map.htm But have not had time to do anything further.

With all good wishes,
