10ER from beginning to now
All;
Sorry if the pics are slightly out of order, but here is my 10 ER Project from what it looked like when i started over a month a go to where it stands as of this morning before i went to work.
I just got the motor bearings this am, so it will go back together over next few days. then ill get motor and switch reinstalled and belts and pulleys aligned.
I realize this is no MickyD restoration, but i am a little better equipped than many as we do antique heavy equipment restorations. I love this old girl and I love the color scheme. Please enjoy
Best Regards
Eric

Looks beautiful! The Brownie colors are cool!
You are going to love it!
I am making a thickness sander/drum sander for mine as we speak. I will do a writeup on it when I finish ....

Re: 10ER from beginning to now
Thanks all for the responses. I am pretty proud of it so far. I learned a lot from the board, and i love doing this kind of work. there is true wealth of info here.
I took MickyD's post apart, and kept a running track of the technical stuff. that was big help especially with the speed changer. I'm glad I read that its supposed to float. mine darn sure didn't. but we got it now.
This project is very rewarding. I am nervous about getting the pulleys aligned correctly, but time and patience will prevail.
regards
Eric
