Thanks for the replies. Great suggestion !! Im going to need to go back to Lowes for more electial boxes and outlets .more lights........;) charlese I really like those hindge cabinets. Nice ! Some of those will get built for sure.
province thats a nice shop you have thanks for sharing it with us.
Instead of the windows I might go with a exhaust fan. Once again thanks for the replies. Looks like this is going to be a good thread..........

My shop has a window at each end, just below the roof line; I'm lucky that I can keep them open and seldom get more than a couple of rain drops from the one facing West. Since they're up high, they don't take any wall space away from me, either.
I inherited a window air conditioner when we had the house air conditioned last week. I mounted it in the space that had been used by a fixed window. I lost a little sunlight but it's close to an outlet and didn't take up anymore wall space.
I just have to remember not to turn on everything at once until the shop is rewired!
