Thank you all for the kind comments. It's done, lid included and first coat of Watco on. This is indeed a combination of segmented rings and solid pieces.

Greenie, Grayling, SS stand alone BS and BS SPT, jointer and belt sander, 3 Ers with Speed Changers. I think those 3 cover my ER needs, and space for them.

Re: Segmented Urn
Had to make a picture frame for a picture of my mother for her memorial. It's paduak and alder. All went well and the urn worked perfectly except for a minor glitch which resulted in an hilarious moment of levity. I make my turnings using the paper and glue method of attaching them to the faceplate which leaves a nice felt like layer of paper on the bottom of the turning which if it come off the sacrificial sub base evenly I will leave on as it looks good and gives the turning a soft felt like base. I also drill a 3/8 hole in all the solid wood pieces of the turning including the base. It helps with alignment. The only catch is one must remember to plug the hole ( which in this case was hidden under the paper on the base ). I gave the gentleman the urn to transfer the ashes and he went off to another room to perform his duties. A few minutes later he returned with this very solemn look and proceeded to tell my brother and I that " I am sorry sir but the urn leaks ". My brother ( who is also a turner ) and I knew exactly what I had done and laughter insued. A little tape on the bottom and all was well !
