Older/Previous Model Bandsaw Diagram?

Pretty simple. Where can I find the exploded diagram for, what I believe to be, the previous model 11" Bandsaw? It says it's model# 505641. Anyway, it's not the newest one, and I'm trying to put it back together. I'm not exactly sure how the table bracket/gauge goes back exactly, at least I can't seem to find the nut that I believe fits there. Also, the table is rough to move. Doesn't slide easily. I suppose I should just sand out the inside of the two slider/brackets to help that, huh?

Be careful with the plastic parts. They can be broken easily if not assembled correctly. BTW only one nut. The other 'hex hole' is for the screw head.(44)

Thanks for that. It does look different than the one I was able to find. But in not sure that's my model. I don't seem to have parts 37A (x2). Instead, I see some inserts for the bolts.

1. Bolt head
2. Washer
3. Insert, not 37A.

On another note, the bolt isn't a hex head like the diagram shows. Do I have a different model? Or maybe the previous owner did some mixing and matching?

The last picture should help define my original issue. Don't seem to have the washers/nut I see here. Though maybe they're around here somewhere. Obviously I can pick some up at the local store, not a big deal. But with the lock cranked down real well I can still move the table. Also, it doesn't move smoothly. Should I sand the inside of the brackets(37)?

This is a problem that has been here before. The original design used those carriage bolts. The newer design uses the flat head screw and hex head screw.

There are those spacers that are crucial to be the correct length.

Also IIRC there was some issue with the casting bore(again related to the spacers).

Methinks a call to CS will help get this corrected.

This may be the result of a CI to aluminum table upgrade in the past.

Wasn't able to get much help from CS, though I attribute that to my inability to articulate my issue. The only suggestion was to buy the part(s) and hope they fit (which they should), and also fix my issue. And if they don't, return them.

The pictured bandsaw looks like what I have. I have the manual for that version and scanned the two pages that show that portion of the parts list. I will also take a couple of photos of what mine looks like so after viewing this information let me know if I can answer any other questions.

Maybe you already know this but you are missing a part as indicated by the arrow?

On my used bandsaw this was bent, don't know how the previous owner did that but it was one of the things I had to replace.

Is it typical for the blades to make an intermittent scratchy/tick sound. Where my blades were melded together for a continuous loop, the backside isn't PERFECTLY smooth, and when it passes the 3 sets of bearings, it creates this sound. So I get "t-t-t-t-t-t" when I run it. Is this common?

Blade is 5/8" set to the 1/2" tension mark. Touches the auto tracking bearing and the lower guide bearing, and is approx 1/16" away from the upper guide bearing. From what I can tell, it's not touching either set of guide blocks, though they're all about 1-16 - 1/8" away from the blade. It does shake/vibrate a little.

Anything give anyone a concern so far? Being my first bandsaw experience since middle school, I'm a bit leery.
