Not looking at the price point I think this could be very useful for people with limited space. You have a work bench, table saw and a router station. Given the use of the router table as a jointer this would give you a nice collection of tools.

This is the 7th generation of this basic idea so this is not new but a lot of new ideas.

There are a lot more video if you want to see them, and well if you are interested you can also look into the prices.

Very similar to the Festool MFT/3.
Great idea! You are right it would be great addition to anyone that is limited on space.
As a work table I think the table you got from Rockler may be a little handier and much less expensive.
All depends on your mind set do you want to use vises and dogs or t rails and clamps.
