I have used a 1/4" reamer to open up the hole so a larger lock would fit in the past as well.

Years ago I just drilled the hole a little larger to accommodate the lock I wanted to use. Works just fine.

The Master Lock 7LJ worked like a charm! I'll snap a photo tomorrow. Will definitely be ordering two more for the other headstocks. I still have young kids running around the garage.

With the PowerPro, why is a lock needed when you can set a password?
