Home Depot added feature I just noticed today

Ya Menarnds is a Midwest thing, and going a bit south in the Ohio/Mississippi river valley States. I dont find a good selection of different manifactures of power tools at Lowes here, seems like HD and Menards does but some brands have loyalty rights, sell at one but not the other, I must say HD has more brands then Menards.
True story, driving back to WI from CO had a vehicle problem, has to go to a Dealer in Sioux City IA, Population sign sez 40K, main intersection, on 3 of the 4 corners, a HD, Lowes, and Menards. That was about 10 years ago wonder what the surviver rate was on that.

You won't recognize the place the next time you are there. Apparently, it has grown a lot and all three survived.

Lowe's you can order online and they will have it ready for you to pick up at the service desk.
We have a new Menards here. That place is massive. Makes HD or Lowes look like a stop and go,

Everything depends on the regional manager who sets the policies. Some are Gestapo type control freaks and others are quite customer oriented. The former have grouchy employees and high turnover. Three years ago the local store posted a huge sign at each entrance - NO DOGS ALLOWED. My dog loved to go to HD and when I walked by the sign I got stopped and showed them the Service Dog tag. I asked why the sign. Seems some woman complained that she was afraid of dogs and wouldn't shop there if they allowed dogs. Dumb move on that regional manager's part. About six months later they changed managers. They told me the new manger saw the sign and said take that thing down and put up ALL DOGS WELCOME.

The employees and customers all like that manager. Customer service and attitude are sky high.

Well there is a HD about a mile from moms, I needed to get out of the house, a bit of cabin fever, so I went over there to browse, a zoo, there computers went out nationally, no credit card transactions could go through. Check out lines backed up. As in the past compared to Menards, HD is a bit over priced here in the Milwaukee area.
I would have picked a BS blade for the SS BS, they had 2 sizes, a 66"ish guessing for 10" wheeler and one a bit bigger, again guessing for a 12" wheeler, 2 of each. They just dont match up to Menards around here.
