Up home,Bro has mom, I got grand niece and nephew with PTSDs, got his ER with a Speed Changer a running, tuff night for him, calling out names of lost comrades in his sleep, and in battle giving orders and calling Drones and Artillery coordinates in. 2 tours Rangers SF. Air Borne. He pulls it together on every Monday, food chemist, 2nd in Command were he works in management in RnD!!
We will be buying a place in TN in a few years, mom will pass in a few, Bob is $wise, me too, a high bread wood burner/pellet stove and a heat pump for ac/heat 2 pigs in a stye!!!! Garden 3 seasons, some Venison with the .22 in the garden!!!
We are looking in an area a bout 40 miles East of Lexington KT,VA hospital there for him if he would need it. he likes his beer and as a food chemist has done some home brew!!! I like my Vodka, we figure a Home Still, potatoes!! Moon Shine!!!! What the heck Mason Jars for the neighbors!!! A few chickens for eggs, I did that b4, fat city!!!

Greenie, Grayling, SS stand alone BS and BS SPT, jointer and belt sander, 3 Ers with Speed Changers. I think those 3 cover my ER needs, and space for them. :)

Lover, when your nephew needs help with his
homebrewing, let me know.

Let's just say, I've got a wee bit of experience,
in that hobby. (Took 2 bottles of HB stout to a
job interview, once. And, was my FIRST recipe,
attempted.)

10 ER, stripped down.
Basic 10ER, Parts machine. Will be a semi-dedicated drill-press machine.
10 ER, a "survivor" of the trailer fire, in the back yard, needing restoration. Has a Mk5 headrest. Finally, stripped down.
Numerous parts, for Model 10 stuff. Except for lower saw guard, A and B adapters, I've got it.

Looking for one more, or some 9 inch extension table raisers.
