Shipping Costs
Somewhere, sometime ago, I remember seeing a link to a page that shows how Shopsmith figures their shipping costs. Does anyone have that link available? I wonder if since their price increase, if they've changed the way and the amount they figure shipping.

Re: Shipping Costs
Call your closest Lowes center. They used to allow you to order and ship your Shopsmith to the local center, and freight was covered. You just picked it up in the store. That may still be in play. Worth checking into.

Re: Shipping Costs
I look at the pdf catalog order page on the website to figure out shipping costs. Not sure how accurate it is but it gets it close for figuring out what it will approximately cost. It would be nice if they put a breakdown of shipping costs on the website as a stand alone chart or as a link on the shopping cart page.

Re: Shipping Costs
You can add anything/everything into your "cart" then start checking out, the shipping charges appear before you have to place your order. At that point you can add or remove things or simply not place the order if the shipping is not to your liking. If you decide it fine then just go for it.
